Scrap Your Trip Adds 272 Items + F*R*E*E Shipping

Entry Filed under: New Items Added

A momentous occasion occurred at my house this weekend (in my car actually).  We took the back seatbelt positioning part of Logan’s booster seat off!  He’s so much taller than Lauren was at 6, because we only took hers off about six months ago.  He’s so excited and acting like he’s the big man on campus.  I thought I’d be sad, because it’s one more example that’s he not my little baby anymore, but I’m actually excited.  Every day, they each get a little more self-sufficient and than means a little more freedom for us. :-)   They can open and close their own car doors…buckle their own seat belts…  We went to Disney this past weekend and it’s so much more fun now that they’re older.  No strollers…we get to go through the "Guests With No Bags" line…and we get to ride all the fun rides, instead of "It’s A Small World" for the 3000th time.

It kind of follows my whole new "be in the moment" philosophy that I’m trying to live by.  When they were babies, I loved it.  Now that they’re older, I love this too.  I get to relate to them as people, not just as my kids.  I have more energy to put into a different kind of relationship with them, instead of so much energy put into their caretaking.  Now if I could just get Logan to brush his teeth without having to tell him a gazillion times, we’d be on a roll!

Because so many of you have been asking, we’ve brought back F*R*E*E shipping!  All orders over $59 will qualify for free standard shipping.  All you have to do choose free shipping as an option and enter coupon code FREESHIP59 at checkout.

We have a whopping 272 items this week!  We have the first of the 2009 Basic Grey collections, Marrakech and Porcelain, with all the fun pieces and matching Bazzill packs.  Reminisce has a new Road Signs collection and we have more mini photo die cuts from Paper House.  The SYT Designers worked on lots of travel destinations such as Italy, Spain (wait until you see the bullfighter!), Alaska, New York and Vegas, but also lots of different themes, such as twins, cooking, President’s Day, Sudoku and even customizable Sock Monkey paper!  We also have two custom die cuts – a chef’s hat and a road trip "here to there" die cut.  Click here to see all the new items:  http://www.scrapyourtrip.com/21809.html.

We also have 272 items on sale this week and over 275 items left on 50% clearance.  Click here to see all the bargains:  http://www.scrapyourtrip.com/clearance.html.

And remember, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can always make it custom just for you!  Click here to see all our custom options:  http://www.scrapyourtrip.com/custom.html

As always, thanks for your business.

If I’m not mistaken, you are located in the Orlando area. And after reading that you were at Disney for the weekend i”m guessing I’m right.
I will be in Orlando next month and just wondering if you have a retail store?
I would love to come there to shop if you do.
    thanks,
    Barbara

    Julie,
I always look forward to Wednesday’s, it is so much fun seeing all the new goodies. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what a great job you do! The new goodies are so fun. I just received my order, and it is so nice to see the personal notes, and it truly was packed with love.
If I ever get a break in my school schedule, I want to send in some photos for the custom paper. SYT is by far the best out there, thank you!
Now to the kids, they do grow up so fast. Each stage and age brings new excitement. I smiled when I read your note, and remember back to when I was excited about the changes, and the new freedoms. Just wait until they are driving, and self-sufficient, it’s a whole new world as a parent. The taxi service has closed it’s doors at our house. :)
Have a great day, and thank you again,
    Terri

Love your website. I can always find things that are very unique. Really wish you’d get Christmas tea stickers (pots, cups, etc. stickers and paper).

Just wanted to say I just love, love, love “Scrap Your Trip”. You guys have absolutely everything and the most fantastic, hard to find items. Your customer service is also fantastic…I received a personal thank you and when I first ordered and when I re-ordered [of course], I received a note saying “Thanks for ordering again, Charlaine!” You don’t get that in too many places!!!

Oh yeah…be prepared…I told all my scrapbooking friends about this gem of a website;)

    Julie…Thanks!!!

Julie I LOVE Scrap Your Trip, I shop you often. I do have a complaint/concern though…

Sometimes when I need only a pack of rubon’s or some stickers or some other little item, I can’t shop with you because of shipping costs. Would you ever consider sending smaller, single items in a large envelope via First Class mail instead of Priority?

I live very rural and do 95% of my scrapbook shopping online. Often I have a need to purchase only one or two small items to complete a project and I have to go to another online store when you have what I need right here.

I always look at all your new items and then add them to my wishlist until I’ve gathered enough together that justifies the shipping costs. Sometimes I get disappointed because something on my wish list sells out. I SO wish you had another shipping option besides Priority.

Thanks again Julie for your great website!

    Roberta

    Julie,
Just putting in another order & had to laugh when I saw your new paper of the Blue Angels listed under Air Force. I checked to see if it was under Navy as well, but, alas it wasn’t. I guess you guys didn’t know that the Blue Angels are Navy planes (the Air Force demonstration team is the Thunderbirds). But, I love all your Air Force stuff. (I am the United pilot who visited you last year & my daughter is a C-17 pilot in the Air Force. Keep up the good work.
