Scrap Your Trip Bazzill Stock Up Ends Today
Entry Filed under: New Items Added
Thank you so much for all your comments and encouragement about my skiing experience. I’ve already been able to use the "don’t give up" lesson with my daughter, Lauren. She was struggling this week writing an essay about her trip to St. Augustine. The tears were flowing (I’m sure that’s never happened to you when you’re trying to help with homework)!
She didn’t want to write the essay and was sure she wouldn’t write a good one because she said she didn’t like the trip that much (that’s not how I remember it). I told her sometimes we have to try things we don’t think we’re going to be good at…just like Mommy skiing, remember? Well, after our conversation, she squared her shoulders, went back to her homework spot and whipped out a 2-page essay in under 30 minutes.
This is the second time where I’ve had a very grown-up mother-to-daughter talk with her and it makes me feel so much better that I can make her feel better. I hope I can keep it up as she gets older!
Need to replenish your cardstock stash? We have all our Bazzill at a 50% discount with a $75 purchase. Just enter coupon code BAZZILL at checkout. It’s good until midnight tonite, 4/10/09, cannot be used on prior orders and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Speaking of offers, what others would you like to see? So far we’ve done a free Amanda Blu album, $15 of free SYT products, $10/$20 free gift certificates, the Goody Basket, and this week the Bazzill stock up sale. Post your ideas on the blog and we’ll check them all out. (Now, don’t ask me for a 50% off sale or anything!)
I hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend!
As always, thanks for your business!

Hi Julie,
I so love receiving e-mails from you! It is like I know you and I live 3,000 miles away! I hope to see the free Amanda Blu album promotion come around again. I missed it the last time and I would love to have another chance!
Thank you also for providing some “parrot” items. I have not ordered them yet, but they are in my “cart”! I’m just waiting for the right promo to come along. (The Amanda Blu album I want is the jungle one with the toucan.)
Take care and keep up the good work!

Hi, just wanted to drop a note and say I LOVE YOUR COMPANY. You have the best selection of papers I have ever seen! I shop your site often, and have never been disappointed. My only request is I wish you offered more “piano” paper and stickers.
I tell everyone about your site, have a great day!

How about once a month you have a theme at 50% off? The theme of the month would be the holiday from the last month… January would be Christmas paper at half off (Christmas theme paper (Santa, etc)plus any shade of red or green), February would be ice skating/ski paper (or any paper blue like ice), March = Valentine paper (all red paper), April = St.Patrick’s day paper (all green paper), May = Easter paper (bunnies & eggs)and all pastel colored paper), June = MOM’s choice for Mother’s Day, July = DAD’s choice for Father’s Day(since most scrapbookers are women, this is of course MOM’s choice again !!), August = Patriotic themed paper with flags plus red/white/blue paper for 4th of July, September could be summer themed paper like BBQ, October could be all vacation paper like Disney, USA states, Canada, world; November would be Haloween paper plus orange and black paper, December would be Thanksgiving paper with turkeys/ Pilgrims and then it is already January again with the Christmas paper.
!!!!!
Just a thought…

You have a great website and offer the best products and customer service. However, I think talking about your family in your emails is a little over the top. Most of us are real busy and are looking for the bottom line regarding your products. If you want to talk about family I would suggest signing onto one of these chat rooms online. Best Wishes!

This is the best site for finding football and track items. I like that we can personalize them and can make requests for school colors. I know a lot of football moms here have ordered from you after they have seen my pages. Thanks for offering unique items.

I also enjoy your site. I agree that the sports items need to be available in school colors. Also, having a percentage of an order for a promo is nice. That way everyone can get what they are looking for with the promo.

How about offering a frequent buyer program similar to what most of the independent retail stores offer. My local scrapbook store in Ohio gives us a $30 discount off of our next purchase once we’ve purchased a total of $300. The $300 threshhold is a cummulation over a period of time and there is no time limit, so every purchase accumulates until that limit is hit. Also, every receipt they print out along the way has our cummulative total printed at the bottom so we have an idea how much more we need to go to get our $30 credit. Being an internet store, this would probably require you to do some reprogramming of your computer systems to track the spending by person (which you’re probably already doing since you have the order history on-line) and then apply the discount on the order that pushes them over the designated limit. If this were something that your company could track, monitor, and apply for the customer without the customer having to remember to apply some coupon code, it woudl be a great way to recognize your frequent shoppers!

What about offering some themed “grab bags” at great prices? You were saying that the Goody Basket contained items that were the last-of-their-kind or overstocks. Could you do that with some grab bags with themes like: family, sports, travel to Europe, island vacation, school?
