Scrap Your Trip $5 Grab Bag Ends Tonight

Entry Filed under: New Items Added

Happy Monday!  It’s gray, dreary and rainy here in "sunny" Orlando, Florida.  However, it beats 90+ degrees, so I’ll take it.   We have a surprise for you on the website and I wanted to let you know right away!  You know how you look at a page on the website… and then you have to click on the item to open it up…and then you click to enlarge it.  All that clicking can get tiresome!   Well, it gets better, starting today!    We have a new image enlargement feature.  Just hover your mouse over a product…give it a second…and a really big image will pop-up on the page, just like below:
How cool is that?!?  If you have any comments or feedback on it, please let us know on the blog.   Only 12 hours left for grab bags!  Just add item GRABBAG to your cart along with at least $59 of additional supplies.  Enter coupon code GRABBAG at checkout and the price will be reduced to $5!  (Limit of 5 grab bags per order.  Only one coupon code per order, please.)
As always, thanks for your business.    Julie Swatek, President

Ohmigosh, Julie, you already have THE BEST scrapping supplies website that I know of (and I know of A LOT of them!!!), and now you’ve just made it even better! The reason I spend so ding-dong much money with your site is that your representation of the product you are offering is absolutely second to none! The color and the clarity of the presentation for every item lets me know EXACTLY what I’m getting. It is easier to choose what will “go” with what I have in mind for my project, and when the product arrives I am NEVER disappointed. You do a great job – and you and your staff really add a lot to a wonderful hobby.

I would like to give a gift certificate to someone at SYT. How do I go about doing that?

The enlargement feature is GREAT! Thanks. Is there a way to enhance the website so that:
    1. You add items to your cart.
    2. You’re through shopping and go to cart.
    3. Then you can click on a choice for each item to either
“buy now” or “save to wish list” from the cart?

That’s GREAT! I’m wishing for a button on the main page (with the pics of ALL the products) that will let me add things to my wishlist without having to click on each individual product. So, like, when I go to the “Brand Spankin’ New” page and see all the thumbnails of all the new stuff I have to wait to buy when I get my next payday. I can just click on “Add to Wishlist” straight from there. I could add stuff to my wishlist so much faster! Crossing my fingers that that’s the next big surprise! ; )

I LOVE the new “rollover” to enlarge feature! Now all you need to do is add the feature “Add to Wishlist” on the viewing page instead of having to open up each individual item! Now, that would really save some time!!! (For those of us who happen to want all of those Brand Spankin New items)
Thanks for all you do Julie! Keep up the terrific Customer Service too! You all go “Above and Beyond”!

That new feature will be great Julie. I always get so excited when I see 294 new items added. I just finished a wonderful, Marine scrapbook for my mother of my father. Unfortunately, he won’t see it because he died in Dec., but it got me thinking how wonderful it would be to do scrapbooks as a service for Veterans. I wonder how many of them have pictures just sitting in a box like my father did. All of that history and life. I learned so much about the Korean War. Your products added so much to the book. You are the only site who had products for the Korean War. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts???

You know what else would be awesome? When you buy products off of your wishlist, they disappear from your wishlist! I always forget to go edit the wishlist after I buy things, so I’ve accidentally duplicated purchases.
