Scrap Your Trip Adds 158 Items + $25 Gift Certificate Free With $100 Order

Grandma and Grandpa are here! My parents are here visiting for the week from Missouri. As we were walking into the restaurant for dinner to meet them, Lauren said “It’s kind of bad when your grandparents live in another state.”Lauren brought along her book “What Would You Rather… (For Kids)?” The kids get the biggest kick out of this book, but I obviously don’t share their appreciation for “kid humor”.
“Would you rather have a head that reflects light like a disco party ball OR puff up like a blowfish when you sense danger?”
“Would you rather have a ketchup dispensing navel OR a pencil-sharpening navel?”
“Would you rather fight a tiger with no front legs OR a rhino with no back legs?”
See…I think you have to be a kid to appreciate these. I know Grandma and Grandpa didn’t know WHAT to think!
Would I rather WHAT?!?
There are 158 brand new scrapbooking supplies for you to choose from this week. Lots of new Christmas items in stock, including Designer Paper Pads from K&Company, items from EK Success, Martha Stewart, and of course, lots of exclusive Scrap Your Trip designs. We also have "Amber Road" from Pink Paislee, "Domestic Goddess" from Graphic 45, "Headlines Cardstock Stickers" from Doodlebug, sports scrapbooking supplies from Scrappin’ Sports & More and Karen Foster and lots of new EK Success designs. The SYT designers were working on the following themes this week: Christmas, Sports, Water Polo, Chess, Japan and Southwest. We have two custom Christmas die cuts – a wreath and a stocking. This is the third year for our custom Christmas stockings. As a matter of fact, the stocking was the first custom die cut we ever created back in 2007. I saw an embroidered stocking in the Pottery Barn catalog and brought the picture into our designer Tiffany and said "Can you figure out how to do this with paper?" Well, she did and that has led to over 150 die cuts that we can customize for you to help make your scrapbooks uniquely yours. You NEVER get over having your Grandparents far away. I was already married when my Grandparents moved from NY to FL and I was devastated that they were leaving !! Be happy for this week together and take lots of fun photos. FYI: I think having a pencil sharpening navel would be “Way Kool and Awesome”

Well, I think that book sounds hysterical and lots of fun, and has to be a wonderful start to an interesting conversation! Can’t wait till my 3 year old granddaughter is a bit older so I can buy it for her! Enjoy your visit with your parents….mine also live 225 miles away so I know how much you all treasure each visit.

This will be my first Christmas without my mother. She passed away in April from pancreatic cancer. She was born in Holland and moved to the U.S. right after her and my dad married. In their 53 years of marriage they travelled often and all over, so your merchandise has been most helpful to me while I work on a memorial scrapbook of her. . . and I love the deals I’ve gotten from your site as well. Thank you and enjoy your parents while you can! Merry Christmas!!
