Scrap Your Trip Reminisce S*A*L*E Ends Tonight

Entry Filed under: New Items Added

Just got back to the office from chaperoning Logan’s field trip to Sea World.  They have been studying about the oceans for a while and this was the cumulation of all they have been learning.

It was so cute when we got there.  All the kids were on the bus and the moms (and quite a few dads) drove separately.  We got there before them, and as all the classes (four-first grade classes) arrived, it was a chorus of "Where’s my Mom?"

We got to see baby dolphins!  They were so small compared to their moms and so cute!  We also got to see three different shows, including the Shamu "Believe" show.  I have seen it several times before, but I am always astounded at how the trainers swim and interact with the killer whales.  Amazing.  Just amazing.

It’s such a treat to be able to take a half day off to be with one of the kids on their field trips.  Thank you for allowing me the ability to do that :-)

Logan’s class at the Dolphin Nursery.  He’s the "ham" in the front with the fingers up :-)

Logan with his best bud.  Here we are with the fingers again!  I guess he’s trying to be cool :-)

    Hello,

I just wanted to write & say that I think its very cool how personable Julie is when sending her e-mails. I have ordered from numerous scrabooking sites before, but I get bored with them after the first order is placed. Scrap Your Trip is the best scrapbooking site that I have seen. I will be placing an order as soon as some money frees up. I would do it now, but I’d like to keep the roof over my head. :) Thanks again for being the best!!

    I agree with you 1000%.
I live in Brazil (South America). All my albuns are full of SYT items and they make my scrapbooking much easier and the results are just fantastic!
Thanks Ashly for saying exactly what I feel everytime I get a message from Julie.
    All the best!

I agree with you two, too. I think you have the most interesting collection of scrapbooking stuff anywhere!

I live on the west coast in Washington state. I just wanted you to call them Orcas- they are not whales… and not killers…

Just wanted to say that I started ordering from you when my husband was deployed to Iraq a few yrs ago. Since he has been home, we have taken several trips abroad and your papers have helped me so much with my scrapbooks!!! Egypt, Prague, Budapest, Germany to name a few.

This class trip looked like a lot of fun. But I have to tell you. Your little guy & the his friends with the finger jesters, please be careful. They are gang symbols. I just watch a show on that and it is scary!!! A college football player was kller because he was doing hand jesters while dancing in a club. He probably had no clue what he was doing, but a gang member saw him and didn’t like it. I know your kiddo’s are young, but you just never know these days. I would rather say something and hurt your feelings, than not say anything and hear later that something terrible had happened. HUGS
