Scrap Your Trip Adds 255 Items + 255 S*A*L*E Items
Entry Filed under: New Items Added
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The kids have been gearing up for this day at school for weeks! Logan has been sharing with me all the adventures of his class leprechauns, Sean (the good one) and Shaymin (the bad one). He gets so expressive when he is sharing the stories! I think he is copying the way his teacher tells the story, because he’s never told stories in quite this same way before.
I have some really exciting news to share with you! I am proud to announce…drum roll please…the debut of the very first themed Scrap Your Trip paper collection!
This is the latest in the evolution of Scrap Your Trip products. We started creating our own die cuts back in 2006 – now we create more die cuts than any other scrapbooking company. We started our own line of paper in 2008 – now we design more scrapbooking paper than any other scrapbooking company. We started making custom die cuts in 2007 and custom paper in 2008 – now we have more custom items that you can make uniquely yours than any other scrapbooking company.
And look how far we’ve come in four years!
Glacier Bay Die Cut from 2006
Glacier Bay Die Cut Added 3/17/2010
A couple of months ago I was interviewed on The Room Live and when they asked me what the secret to my success was, one of the things I said was "Ask your customers what they want. Do that." We started creating our own products back in 2006 because you were asking me for things I couldn’t find for you. It has been so incredibly rewarding to watch the SYT brand of products grow and flourish over the past four years. Thank you for getting us started down the path!
And so, since one of the secrets of our success is "Ask your customers what they want. Do that.", I want to take this opportunity to ask you again what you want. It’s a completely open-ended question and I can’t wait to read your suggestions! Please post a comment below.
Besides our own collection, we have several others for you this week. We have "Green at Heart" by Basic Grey, “Easter”, "Prom" and “Graduation” by Reminisce, "Modern Market" by Cookbookin’, “Abode” and “Heatwave” by American Crafts, "Rev ‘Em Up" and “Smile” by Carolee’s Creations, and “Ballet” and “Basketball” by Karen Foster.
For all of you that have been asking for Alice in Wonderland products, the SYT Designers heard you and have designed a few die cuts just for you…. (Yes, Twilight fans – we hear you too! Stay tuned!
Some other themes our designers have worked hard on this week are: Beach, Cruise, Easter, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Fishing, Hunting, Cooking, Theme Park, Florida, Alaska and California. We also have a custom general travel die cut and, as I may have mentioned (beaming with pride), our very own custom baseball paper to match our SYT baseball collection!

Hi Julie
You and your team are AMAZING!! You are absolutely my favorite online source for traditional scrapbooking.
So here’s an answer to “what do your customers want.” I have started doing digital scrapbooking and I LOVE it!! (don’t worry – still doing traditional, too, for that therapeutic touchy feely vibe
I’d LOVE for your designers to come up with digital downloads. Baseball, Christmas, Halloween, Summer- you name it, I think it would expand your business.
How’s that? My humble 2 cents.
Thanks to you and your AMAZING team for years of great product, and superior customer service!!
Cheryl

I have no requests….just a couple comments. Your website has the MOST variety I’ve ever seen. Any time I’m looking for something different or unusual, I can find it here! I’ve actually had clerks at scrap stores suggest your website! Keep up the good work. I’m impressed!

My husband and I are big Jimmy Buffett fans. I would love to see some Margaritaville scrap stuff

I see stuff for ballet dancers but my grandaughter taps and I’m scrapping her life and would like to include pages on her tap lessons and performances in her scrapbook…I would love to see paper and embellishments for tap dancers at SYT. My grandson is really impressed with the custom paper for his elementary school that SYT made to show off his “Good Citizenship” awards. Keep up the good work.

I’m searching high and low for Barney (the purple dinosaur) items….. My daughter loved him when she was little and carried him everywhere with her. I would be forever grateful if you had Barney items!

I’ve noticed that while there are a lot of river cruise trips, all of the cruising papers, etc. are all about ocean cruising. River waters are brown or green, not bright blue. I wouldn’t expect that there are things to reflect every type of ship, but the blue waters just don’t fit a cruise down the Nile or the Yangtze or the Rhine – even the Mississippi.
Ditto to all the comments praising you and your company!

Hello there, Yes, I love your wide variety, quality and fast shipping. I would love to see a wider variety of items ralated to the color guard world, Magic basketball (yes other teams would be OK too), Jazzercise, and a variety of items about concerts. I have a huge stack of tickets and I would love to organize. Keep up the GREAT work.
10. Sharon&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 8:46 am
I love your site and your products. Your staff is amazing. I would order for often if the shipping to Canada was less expensive.
11. Lindsay&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 9:27 am
Digital! You have great items available, I’d love to be able to purchase and download the *.png file to use on my digital pages. Especially since you are coming out with more and more of your own collections!

First of all hats off to you Julie and your amazing staff, you do a great job. Just a suggestion. We are dairy and grain farmers and I would love to see some quality
products covering this line. There is some product out there, but alot of it is real tacky. (The stuff that’s available in store). Also I can never get enough of your tropical and beach catagories. Keep them coming.
13. Betsey&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 9:53 am
First of all, as others have said, you, your staff, and your products are amazing. Top of the line and first quality! And you make us each feel like we are your best customers! Love the comments on the invoices.
Second, your new “Travels of” die cut – how about one that shows a map of the US and/or Canada with an RV or auto for those of us who love to travel, but do it on the ground.
Keep up the fantastic work!

I could go on and on about how much I love your site and all of your products!! When I read your last email, I couldn’t think of a single thing I could ask for, but as I was looking through the new products, it hit me. This is kind of personal, so it probably won’t apply to many people at all. Almost 5 years ago, my dad was diagnosed with a form of pancreatic cancer (at 53 years old). After surgery, he was given less than a year to live if he did chemo and radiation. He chose to take an alternative medicine route instead. Every year, we celebrate his life (on the day he went to see the alternative doctor). This July, we will be celebrating 5 years and are planning a big party. Since 5 years = remission in conventional medicine, that’s why we want to celebrate big this year. As a gift, I want to make my dad a scrapbook of the pictures we take each year when we celebrate. We call it “To Life.” I’m not really sure what to suggest other than a “To Life” diecut which I could just custom order, but maybe your creative team can think of something unique. Sorry for the long comment. More baby stuff would be good too! I’m pregnant with my 1st .. so I’m sure he’ll be the focus of many future scrapbooks!

L-O-V-E SYT!! The things that we have a hard time with:
More Lacrosse things
More Gymnastics things
Boy Scout and Girl Scout things! (Court of Honor, Court of Awards, Eagle Scout, World Thinking Day, My Troop, etc) I’d be happy to give more specifics to your designers!
16. Beth&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 10:20 am
I’m a new customer and love what you have to offer. After hearing about you for quite a while from friends, I am not disappointed at your offerings. However….
I would love to see tap dance and irish dance products. I am scrapping my son’s school years and he was quite the tap dancer (for 7 years!) all through preschool and elementary school. All dancing products are geared towards girls! My daughter took Irish Dance all through High School and I would love to be able to find products for that.
Thanks for asking!

Hi Julie, Like others have already said, you and your team are AWESOME….love your product!!!
A few items I would love to see are Disney CHRISTMAS dies and papers. My family and I travel to Disneyland or World every December through New Years. I have all of your Disney die cuts but NEED Christmas themed. Also, more in the Disney Cruise area.
Thanks for asking us what we really would like and especially for following through with our requests.
Happy Scrappin,
Sue
P.S. I also would love a few Barney items…Oh and also a die cut of a H2 Hummer Limo.

You know how much I love you by the number of times I’ve ordered! While I have occasionally ordered non-travel items, the bulk of my purchase relate to travel. I would like to see something about “enjoying the local cuisine”, wherever that may be. I have the neon OPEN sign paper and some “Let’s Eat” die cuts. There seems to be plenty out there for cooking and eating at home, but not dining out in restaurants. All of my travel books include pages about the various places we had eaten, and I would imagine that other scrapper do this as well.
19. Sam&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 10:52 am
Hey Julie,
As everyone else has already said you guys are totally awsome, i love the products you offer as they are always more interesting than the pages and embellishments you can get from Jo-anns and Michales!
Although…..a few items i would love to see in papers and embellishments are;
Jeeps and off road items (not just dirt bike ones), Border collies and mutts (we don’t all have pure breed dogs!), more adult hobbies (no, not that type of adult hobbie ;p ) beer brewing, wine tasting, bunco, book club etc!
I can’t think of anything else just yet! Thank you for the oppertunity to ask for more cool stuff! Seriously you guys rock!
Cheers, Sam!

Hi Julie!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your website! I have ordered from you a couple times and most likely will be putting in an order very soon to scrap our latest trip to Disney World! On that topic, I have had a really difficult time finding a 12×12 Disney Scrapbook album that I really like…if you could beef up your album collection, that would be great!
Thanks again for all you do

I opened my 1st package from Scrap Your Trip Yesterday and it was better then expected.
I was excited to get scrapping, I didn’t go to bed till the early hours of the morning. Not to say getting up for work wasn’t the easiest.
But, thank you & I look forward to placing another order in the future

There are so many items to mark milestones such as losing a tooth, getting braces, etc. How about something for those kids that are getting glasses? Both my sons have gotten glasses over the past couple of years and I would love to add that to their scrapbook album.

I love ScrapYourTrip so much that I hardly ever go to hobby & craft stores anymore. Why should I when SYT has everything I need anyway. Better products, larger variety, friendlier staff, custom paper and die cuts, and I can take as much time as I want browsing.
I really love your baby and school related die cuts. They are bright, colorful, and adorable. You also have the best and cutest animal dc’s. I have lots and lots of the zoo, aquarium, and farm animals, as well as pets, too. More kitty products, please! Oh, and forest animals, too, such as chipmunks, deer, racoons. Keep up the great work with Disney items, Sea World, Busch Gardens, etc. How about a few dc’s of other theme parks, too—Six Flags, Kings Island, Knotts Berry Farm!
Thanks for listening!!

Love the new baseball paper-spring is baseball season. FYI not all players are batters though. All position players bat- Pitchers do not usually bat. Would love to see pitcher only related items (especially lefty). Maybe not much demand but those of us looking can never find Pitcher only items. Love the site! thank you for all you bring to us.
More ping pong items- also shooting range stuff.
28. Lourene&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 2:42 pm
Hi Julie,
I also love the new baseball paper and would like to see you expand that out into other sports including cheerleading. My youngest grandson plays in many accordion music concerts, so I would love to find some accordion musical instrument papers, diecuts or whatever. These are impossible to find!
Thanks for the huge variety that you offer.
29. Virginia Valentin&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 3:39 pm
I love all your products, especially your custom stuff. Keep up the good work. I would like to see more faith and mission work products. Thanks.

Hi Julie!!!
First I want to say thank you for having such a wide variety and for such fabulous customer service. I was so excited when a friend of mine recommended your site, and that you offer FREE shipping to military!!! That’s so wonderful!!!
Being a military spouse, I am very proud of my husband as any other spouse would be. However, when shopping for scrapbooking stuff its very hard for me because he’s on a submarine and it’s very difficult if not impossible to find Sub stuff. All the Navy stuff I come across has huge carriers or planes.
I’d love (and I know several other scrappers that would love it also) if you’d bring some Sub stuff to your site.
Thankfully your loyal customer….
Jessica

hi Julie and wonderful staff!
I am always having to tell people when they see my products or scrapbooks and ask, “where did you get that?” and have to tell them about SYT. Just this past weekend, I was at our local scrapbook convention, and so many gals walked by and had to know where I got the die cuts and the papers. So were your ears burning? LOL
I will be working on our latest San Diego trip soon. We did a Backstage pass at the SD Zoo, so would love a diecut that says Backstage Pass or personalized Barry and Dolores at the Backstage Pass. Also hedgehog, either stickers or die cuts, cheetah die cuts or paper, and white arctic wolf. Mostly would love rhino die cuts or paper as we got to feed and pet rhinos at the backstage pass event and also at the Wild Animal Park. Needing a die cut of “San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park” as well. Maybe die cuts of acacia leaves as we fed giraffes up close and personal. A great die cut of a giraffe would be awesome as well.
Also a wooden pier going out into the ocean from shore die cut or paper either one. Koala bear diecuts or paper , as we took tons of pics of all the koalas that were awake and eating eucalyptus leaves, and panda bear die cuts would be very helpful too as we spent a great deal of time seeing mama panda and her baby–so a baby panda diecut would be helpful as well. Exotic flower die cuts–bird of paradise, hibiscus, camillias; and macaws, cormorants, anhingas, pelican, die cuts.
Thanks always for the great service and products that you have and for allowing us to add things that we are looking for.
Dolores

Oooh, I forgot, I desperately need lorikeet die cuts as I got to spend time feeding the lorikeets at the Wild Animal Park.

I LOVE the variety of papers you have to offer. The new baseball paper is fantastic. One area that I would love to see more paper in is for WWI and WWII. I am doing a heritage book that I could really use them in. This also got me to thinking about papers that had a 20′s, 30′s, 40′s and 50′s theme. I’d really like to see some of those.
Thanks for being the go to place for the out of the ordinary scrapbooking supplies.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the travel products you offer for Ireland. In anticipation of our trip to Ireland, I have been ordering like crazy! The funny thing is, I have never scrap booked and I am clueless as what to do. But, I am motivated to learn. I can’t wait to put all those unique items to use. We don’t go on our trip for another 2 months, but I am ready!

Once I found SYT, I became addicted; it is the first scrapbook website i go to when I am looking for something unusual or different. I found my Australia papers through you and they were gorgeous and wonderful. Thanks.
We are going on a cruise from LA through the Panama Canal, stopping in Mexico, Costa Rica, Columbia and Aruba as well as transiting the canal; sure hope when I need it in a month, I will find papers that speak to that trip.
36. Jann&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 5:32 pm
As both a retail and wholesale customer (military, police and firefighter items), you have a lot of what I need, and your service is great. But here are some of the items other manufacturers either don’t produce anymore or don’t pay enough attention to: Sheriff, Coast Guard, and EMT. Also, a facing page set of US Map East and US Map West which works for both road trips and the military who are stationed at various bases across the country. Also more retirement and “in memory of” items. Thanks.
37. Theresa&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 5:37 pm
I agree with previous posters about dance items, especially tap. I would like to see these tap dance items in colors other than pink, such as glittery golds or silvers or other popular “stage” colors.
Your site is one I always recommend. I love Wednesdays when I can see all the new items you have in stock. Thanks for a great site and cool products.

Hello,
I do agree with the one post come up with Digital Ideas for us to happly buy from SYT and happly use as well, I Love the 12×12 Paper that has the Stage Curtians on them, I am looking for ones that have the space between the curtians big enough so a 8×10 photo in both Portrait and Landscape styles will fit in between the curtians. all the photos I need to work with are autographed and can not be croped
Help I am open to and Need Ideas on how to work with these kinds of photos . Thanks

WOW! I love all the baseball papers. I need to get my son to play baseball. My son, however, is into wrestling, cub scouts, and playing the accordion. I would love to have papers etc having to do with any of the three, but especially something with an accordion. I can’t find anything with accordions. I would love anything I could get my hands on that shows an accordion… stickers, papers, embellishments with.
Thanks!

I just received my first order from scrapyourtrip. The papers and embellishments are of such quality……..I will use this site to order my special papers and refer it to my scrapbook ministry ladies. I just love the things I bought. I can’t wait to be able to see what else is available here!
Thanks so much
41. Scrapylady&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 8:28 pm
I love the idea of your baseball papers, but I really don’t like paper that has an old, distressed or used look to it. I like crisp bright or clear color. So I will skip this set but please continue do due a whole theme of papers at once. I usually end up “tearing”one of your specialty papers in two pieces to stretch it for my 2 page layouts…prefer a matching sheet instead.
Also really agree with a few of the earlier posts:
“Exotic flower die cuts–bird of paradise, hibiscus, camillias”; “facing page set of US Map East and US Map West which works for both road trips and the military who are stationed at various bases across the country”
I also still would love paper and die cuts to put pictures taken in old missions in CA and San Antonio and paper with octagonal bricks to put papers of engraved bricks at Disneyland and our University Memorial walk.
42. beth&hellip | March 17th, 2010 at 11:12 pm
Going along with the baseball papers idea I’d love to see a series with a lacrosse theme. And I’d like to see those in both male and female versions! Also some more lacrosse die cuts would be great.

I think you all do a fantastic job and I love reading your blog. If I had a request it would be for international maps: for example, we go to Ireland a lot but rarely go to the same places. It would be great for me to have a beautiful map of the country with the major cities on it so I could draw my journey on the map and use it as my intro page for that album. I would also like to see more pool items, learning to swim (YMCA swimmer like minnow, pike, eel, etc.). While we go to the beach, we play more there and swim more at the pool.
Keep up the good work!!!

I want to tell you that I absolutely LOVE your company; you make it so much easier to find things that people want but are hard to find! Here is some of the things that I would like to see.
My husband LOVES to fish; he is a boat mechanic and states that it is a requirement that he fishes-LOL. Anyway, I have a hard time finding stuff for off-shore fishing where you catch dolphin (not flipper), snapper and of course sail fish. You can find a few things but they are far and few between and after pages and pages of his catches I get tired of putting the same thing on there; also it is hard to find boats that aren’t little john boats or sail boats ( he has a pale yellow center console).
Oh, also above I noticed people talking about other profession like EMT and I am in that catergory; I am a Respiratory Therapist and you can find NOTHING on that! The closest thing is nursing and I get tired of nursing and doctors are the only one’s being recognized not that they aren’t wonderful and much needed careers but there are others that work in and out of the hospital; lab, x-ray techs, physical therapy, etc….

47. Susan&hellip | March 18th, 2010 at 9:42 am
I love your site, because you have the greatest breadth of product offering, reasonable pricing, and for me, you are a local business, which is what I really love to supoport. You always listen to suggestions. When I asked for more adoption papers, especially from China, you Gals outdid yourselves.
What I would so love to see is if you could do a small offering for SPECIAL OLYMPICS. My son just participated in the Orange County, and March 28th is the Central Florida Event. It is such a big deal to him, and his best friend (who participates as well). Thanks to your custom die cuts, I was able to order a special border, and I used some of your sports pages for the papers. It would just be so cool if we could have a little more. Maybe you could even work out something with the Special Olympics, where a portion goes back to them, and really be able to promote it. Just a thought.
Thanks for your continued enthusiasm and passion for bringing us the best in scrapbooking. We love your personal stories as well.

My 16-yr old son just finished a two-year project rebuilding an ’89 Ford F-150 pick-up truck. I had so much fun taking photos of him and his Dad working together to restore it back to almost new. It was done just in time to celebrate passing his driver’s test. I was so happy to see your auto mechanic themed paper and stickers, but would love to have paper or die-cuts with the Ford theme, pick-up trucks, vehicle restoration or parts (such as the engine, tires, license plate, steering wheel, etc.). Thank you so much for your focus on customer service. I look forward to your e-mails. Keep up the good work!

your web site is awesome. I don’t know what
people who travel would do without you. I would like to
see paper of each state in the US. i would like to
see more of Tennessee. Not Elvis, but the Gaylord
Opryland Hotel in Nashville and the hotel del in
san diego. I would like to see more paper and laser
die cuts on historic sites in the United States. Also
the Wright Bros in North Carolina. do you think
you could bring back the Mission laser die cuts
i saw a couple in California. Also paper on Botantial Gardens.
Thank you

Hi julie and SYT crew! I love this site, as do so many people. my son plays hcess and it is imposible to find things for that. I ahve to create my own chessboard as a background, then enlarge a clip art picture of a queen chess piece to use as a spot for journaling. Would love to add stickers in the squares ont he board but can’t find any. Also, papers or stickers about playing in the mud (our city has an annual mud puddle party) and splashing in puddles after a big rainfall. Hot wheels too. and things for girls playing with their dolls/kitchen sets/baby strollers. Thanks for the fabulous items you already have and for asking for OUR input for more!

I love, love, love all of your items!! I also love receiving the Wed emails, and I’m your friend on FB. I have ordered & ordered & will continue to do so. I have requested before more Civil War & Relay for Life items. I think we still need more of both of them. Civil War sites & re-enactments were our family vacation for years. Now family members & friends have had or have cancer & I’m a Relay For Life team captain, so more Relay/cancer related items would be nice. Everyone takes pictures at our Survivor Dinner, fundraisers & Relay night. You do have several breast cancer items, but no everyone has breast cancer. I would also like to request more Sunday School/church related items. We do a lot of things with our Sunday School kids & they love to scrapbook. It would be nice to have actual church related items to scrap with.
May you have much continued success & thank you for all you do for us scrappers!

Hello! I would like to see more things from St. Augustine Florida. We visited over Christmas & are going back in May. Maybe Gator Farm paper? Lighthouse? The Oldest School House, Drug Store & Flagler College would also be awesome. I ordered the Ripleys paper & the Fort paper to get started. Keep up the awesomeness!!!

Hi–
My child is in Montessori school. It would be great to see some items with Montessori materials printed on them, like the pink tower, or dressing frames, or bell sets. Thanks!

I am planning to visit eastern Canada later this year and wondered if you have any stickers reflecting that area? I’ll be seeing Halifax, Prince Edward Island and visiting the “Anne of Green Gables” area. Thank you for all your wonderful designs, pages and stickers!

Hi Julie! I just want to start by saying that I love your store. It is my favorite place to shop for my scrapping stuff! I also enjoy your weekly blog & have kept your family in my prayers.
. To answer your question, I would love to see more for martial arts. In particular, I could use die-cuts of each color of belt, maybe even the same in words… “black belt,” “red belt,” etc. I also could use more in the running category. Maybe die-cuts of a finishing medal, one that says “Finisher,” “finish line,” etc. I noticed one that says “half-marathon,” but not one for the full marathon. A cool die-cut could be a colorful finish line drawn out, not just the words.
Sorry this is long. Thank you for keeping up with your customers! God bless you as you continue your journey!

I have ordered from your company for many years and I always recommend your site to new scrapbookers. You have such a wonderful variety of items and I love the way you can customize anything. I have ordered the custom paper from you and I love it along with everyone else that I have shown it to. Great job to you and your staff….which by the way they are always such a pleasure to deal with and I love the personal notes they put on the orders!! Keep up the great work!!
Now, for one of the things that I would like to see more of is “Off Road” items. I know that you have recently added some things on this topic but I am looking for more JEEP related off roading than ATV’s. If you had paper with mud blotches or anything along those lines it would be great. Also, I would love to see some Jeep die cuts.
Again, keep up the great work and have a wonderful weekend.

I do a scrapbook for each of my grandchildren for their birthdays. This past Halloween 3 of them were sick with the Swine Flu……..unable to go trick or treating.
I was looking for something that they would remember the year they couldn’t get dressed up and go out with the ghost and goblins!!! Maybe a scrapebook page of pigs or stickers?

I love the sports pages. We have 5 kids in 3 different sports. I would love to see more cheerleading pages though. It doesn’t seem I ever have enough of those. I love the page where you can make the ‘uniform’ page the same colors as your mascot uniform. I just order a set of these yesterday and can not wait to get them!

I absolutely feel that you, your staff and your website are the best I have ever seen. Your papers and die cuts are amazing and I have not seen better quality than from your store. I will always continue to purchase your quality items from you.
I had a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband late last year. He is very in to music, all kinds, but it was a 50′s, 60′s & 70′s themed party, as those are his favorite eras. I was able to find only a few music papers and die cuts, but nothing 50′s, retro or 70′s. I would love it if you would could do these themes as I am getting ready to start his album. He loves my work and is amazed at how creative we all can be with photo albums.
I would also like to see more high school stuff. My best friend is also an avid scrapbooker and she is a teacher who teaches nursing in a high school (10, 11 & 12th grades).
Also, your Christmas papers are fabulous. I would like to see more beautiful papers.
I hope you and your team continue to make the amazing papers and die cuts that you do. Good luck to all of you. Thank you.

Love as always, but I wanted to throw in my two cents with some suggestions.
(back story first because everything needs a back story)…
My best friend’s parents are members of the Disney Vacation Club (which I realize is probably heavily trademarked). Every two years we head for Florida for a 2 week long vacation. Being from Washington State we aim for the cooler months, soo..
I second the idea for Christmas related Disney items. I also think it would be really cool if you could do diecuts of some of the Disney/Disney area attractions (with or without Christmas lights). Actually I’m thinking more along the lines of La Nouba, and Ragland Road in Downtown Disney, but any attraction would be great. It would also be really cool to have something for the Time Share people out there. The Disney Vacation Club always says “Welcome Home” so I was thinking that something along the lines of “Home Sweet Time Share” or “Home Sweet Home Away From Home”… maybe even “Welcome Home” with a DVC-like logo. Just a thought.
What about the phrase “I’m Going to Disneyland (or Disney World)!” It’s such a common phrase, but maybe Disney has that copyrighted.
Oh, and this doesn’t really have a backstory, but I’m on a weightloss expedition with Weight Watchers, and it would kinda be fun to have a diecut of the Weight Watchers (anti)mascot Hungry (the orange muppet looking thing from the commercials).
How about more Twilight/New Moon/Eclipse/Breaking Dawn stuff? The DVD comes out at midnight tonight, and embarassed as I am to admit it (ok, not really!), I was at the midnight premiere last November, and OF COURSE I took pictures!
What about some kind of take on the Simpsons. A Matt Groening (sp?) type font spelling out stuff like D’OH! and Aye Carumba (again sp?)… I’d love the three eyed fish and the power plant as well, but I’m a geek that way.
Again more copyrighted stuff, but how about something “Coach”-esque. I’m a Coach-bag-aholic, and I keep wanting to do a layout of my collection.
Thanks for letting me share. My imagination is much bigger than my wallet and the technology available to me to make exactly what I want. Thank goodness for you guys. You should make this particular blog entry a regular part of your website. I’d love the opportunity to share more ideas when I have them. Thanks again!
Tanya

THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! I have been waiting for this day so if you have not had your cup of coffee yet you better go get one. This is going to take some time to type up and I hope I don’t get missed because I’m number 63 on the blog. I called your customer service a few weeks ago and made a couple of request and several have been taken care of already. Thank you for making the die cut for the air show, and blizzard of 2010. Your company is the BEST! If I ever have a question or need help after placing my large order your employee’s at customer service are the very best. Always friendly, helpful, and they work right on your request. Hats off to your team. When I receive my order it is perfect. I have never even had a piece of paper bent. Thanks for the little notes on the order. I call them my love notes because your team puts lots of love into their work and it shows. I love the SYT die cuts. Your products are even better than any of the name brand die cut companies that have been in business for years. Those companies always seem to have the same old, same old products. Your team has new cool ideas each week and I think your price on your products are much better than the same old same old companies prices.Speaking of each week. I can’t wait to get to my computer on Wed. just to read about your journey in life and to see the new products. Julie I just know one day you will write your book when you get the time. I pray for you and your family. I pray that you will find your true love but I hope when you do you won’t forget about us. Who ever made your web site did a wonderful job. I have looked at a few other scrapbook web sites and they turn me off. Your site is so professional, easy to use, good colors, font, etc. etc. etc. My son has started his own business and he made his own web site which I think looks pretty darn good. I talk to him quiet often about you and your business and how it also started at home and now your business is doing very well and how I thought your web site sells your products along with all of the other good things that you have to offer. If any of my fellow scrappers would like to make my son’s hit number grow on his web site go to http://www.blackmarketbikez.com I would really appreciate it. Dave is going to turn 21 at the end of this month and he has really accomplished a lot in his business already. Our last name is Black and that is why his business is Black Market Bikez. Speaking of Dave turning 21. I would like to see some die cuts about being of age to go to the casino to gamble and being of age to order a beer if you want one at a restaurant. It’s not that I’m pushing this idea on Dave it is just that I want to be with him and take pictures of him being allowed to do that at this time in his life. Just like when we were at the ocean several years ago I took him to Hooters restaurant which I could really use a die cut for Hooters but I’m sure they have a trade mark on that. I would really appreciate it if you would still put the coordinating paper card stock with the die cuts on the web page. I like to order the matching paper when I order my die cuts. Would you please still put the coordinating card stock with the die cuts that are no longer available stock on the computer because when I finally get the time to scrap that die cut I go to your site to see what the card stock is that matches but sometimes the card stock is no longer available so you don’t list it. The lighting in the evening in the room that I scrapbook in is not the best. When I try to match the coordinating paper to the die cut some of the colors are so close its very hard to match perfectly so it would be much appreciated if you could just have it available to look up on your web site under search. Is it possible to have the name of the paper on all of the paper because some of the papers come with no name on them (i.e. cherry splash smoothies). I have to take a pencil and write it lightly on the paper. I would like off road riding die cuts and paper. Like the Polaris side by side vehicle, or jeeps. My son just bought a Geo tracker to go off road in. I would like a die cut saying mud buddies. I know I could custom cut these die cuts but your team can do a better job that I can because I have already tried it myself. I am a person that I look on the cup being half full and not half empty but sometimes things don’t work out as planned but they always work out. Some of the die cuts that I have listed below seem a little on the negative side but they are just things that happen that you have no control over. Like I need a die cut for broke down because we had a my son’s motorcycle break down on the way home from Ocean City. Would you please make die cuts or find paper for the following topics because my son does not like for me to write in the scrap book so I have to say what I want by die cuts or write up something from the computer. BIG Mistake, never again, what a joke, they lost again (football), cabin fever, what we did during the blizzard, is it still snowing? , you have got to be kidding me, how much snow did we get?, restoration project, paint booth, your killing me, mom’s with boys work from son up to son down, too much work not enough reward, more putt putt golf I think I have used all of the ones that you have sold , shooting potato guns, gone like a freight train (racing) , I can’t believe this is happening, Bike Fest, Bike Week, crotch rockets, street fighters, what a pain in the butt, learn from our mistakes, more ocean , beach, die cuts, more Christmas paper and die cuts I have used all the ones that you have sold. model rockets ( life is a blast die cut using a model rocket), large sun die cut and cut out the center of the sun to put a picture inside, where we stayed die cut (hotel), wild angels watching over me, (Name) garage is his kingdom, Dad’s garage is his live-li-hood, a night I will never forget, Thank you God, God is so good to me, This is a must: ADRENALINE JUNKIE, too much testosterone, more music concert die cuts and paper. I don’t know if you can make the bands names like Brook’s and Dunn or if that is a trade mark issue. Please let me know. Curtis Wright Museum, Butterfly Museum, Corning Glass Museum, give me a break, life is what you make of it, what was I thinkin, disc golf, beer pong, target practice (shooting guns), This is a good one for white water rafting: give your kids a good paddle., amphibian hobby, poison dart frogs. It would be really neat if you had a SYT forum. We could talk to other SYT scrapbookers and share info on cool places they have been and great scrapbooking ideas etc., etc., etc.. I could ask other scrapbookers what kind of camera they would recommend because I am getting ready to purchase a new camera and where did they find the best place to purchase one. I would ask what product did you use to glue your picture to the sparkly paper. I have a hard time to get mine to stick and I use tons of Zig glue and Vario adhesive squares which are suppose to be the best product on the market. I would love to see more borders so we can scrap our pages a little faster. I like your shop by layout but it is a little too busy for my style and a little on the girlie side most of the time. I was wondering if you would be interested in letting us post some of our proud pages that we have made with our SYT products. That could be a good thing for the SYT forum also. Thank you for listening to our request and I hope you do this again in 6 months so we don’t have to ask for so many thing at one time.
Your loyal customer forever,
Sandy

Ok, first let me say that like everyone here i love your store. i can’t find anything like it on the web. I actucally recommended SYT to a tourist shopping in a local scrapbook store (live in orlando) she was looking at disney stuff and i told her to go to your for custom stuff
I have also been recommending you guess to family scrapbookers.
Her is what i really want to see:
-Marital Arts themed supplies. (oh please, i cant find paper anywhere).
-MORE (im begging) Eastern European stuff…paper, embellishments, printed ribbon, anything. I went to 7 countries but it is extremely difficult finding supplies for Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, & Lithuania. I really would like landmarks for these countries!
Oh please SYT can you help me?

Because I am a fan of a rock band, and attend concerts frequently, I love to scrap my concerts. It is extremely difficult to find rock n’ roll stuff. More would be great, though the papers you have are fabulous! Love your site!

Our 7-year-old daughter, Kristina, died of cancer. I want to create a memorial scrapbook in her memory. There is not a whole lot of memorial paper available. Please consider creating some 12 X 12 memorial paper dedicated to the memory of all children who have left this world way too soon. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Julie….I’m a long time customer. I’ve mentioned this to your staff but just wanted to cover all avenues possible. Is there a way to get more “Left” & “Right” designs? For example, you have SYT paper w/a red guitar on the left side. I like making “panorama” layouts & would love to see a matching red guitar on the right side of the paper too. I hope that whenever you have something on one side, we could have the option of it mirrored on the other side. Hope that makes sense….THANKS!
